MID-LEVEL ARCHITECT @ INFINITY DEVELOPMENTS
Infinity Developments is seeking a dedicated Mid-Level Architect to support our expanding architectural team in Zanzibar. In this role, you will focus on design development, technical documentation, and providing comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle. You will work under the guidance of senior architects to translate conceptual designs into detailed architectural packages, ensuring high quality and precision in all deliverables.
This position is perfect for an architect with 3 to 5 years of experience who is eager to take on more responsibility in a fast-paced environment. You will be involved in various stages of project execution, from initial sketches to site supervision. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Between 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural design development.
Proven proficiency in technical documentation and drafting.
Strong skills in architectural visualization and 3D modeling software.
Experience providing project support from the conceptual stage to completion.
High competence in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of construction materials, detailing, and methods.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
A strong portfolio demonstrating previous work on residential or commercial projects.
