In this role, you will coordinate various stages of the architectural process, from initial conceptualization to final execution. Key Requirements
Senior architectural leadership experience
Proven client engagement and relationship management skills
Strong design management and project coordination capabilities
Experience in team supervision and professional mentorship
Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit or ArchiCAD
Deep knowledge of local Zanzibar building codes and regulations
Extensive experience in large-scale real estate development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A strong portfolio showcasing world-class architectural projects
