We are looking for a dedicated IT Engineer to manage our technological infrastructure at Infinity Developments. As we expand our real estate and infrastructure projects across Zanzibar, the stability and efficiency of our IT systems are paramount. This role involves overseeing networking, hardware maintenance, and technical support operations to ensure business continuity.
In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for all technical issues, providing support to various departments and ensuring that our communication networks are secure and reliable. You will also participate in the planning and implementation of new IT projects as the company scales. Key Requirements
Experience managing IT systems, infrastructure, and networking.
Proven expertise in technical support operations and troubleshooting.
In-depth knowledge of network protocols and security measures.
Experience with server administration (Windows and Linux environments).
Proficiency in hardware maintenance and equipment configuration.
Knowledge of cloud computing services and data backup solutions.
Ability to manage and implement IT projects efficiently.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA A+.
