Key Requirements
Experience operating construction machinery safely.
Ability to perform equipment inspection.
Knowledge of maintenance checks.
Valid heavy machine operator's license.
Deep understanding of safety protocols (OSHA).
Ability to work in challenging outdoor environments.
Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting.
Excellent physical stamina and health.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
