HEAD OF OPERATIONS @ INFINITY DEVELOPMENTS
Infinity Developments is seeking a highly skilled Head of Operations to lead our strategic initiatives in Zanzibar and across Tanzania. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an operations leadership role.
Demonstrated expertise in operational strategy and organizational development.
Strong project execution and management skills within the real estate sector.
Proven leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams.
In-depth knowledge of compliance management and local regulatory frameworks.
