HEAD OF MAINTENANCE @ INFINITY DEVELOPMENTS
Infinity Developments is hiring a Head of Maintenance to oversee the long-term care and operational integrity of our high-end real estate and infrastructure assets in Zanzibar. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our world-class projects remain in peak condition long after construction is complete. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance programs across multiple sites, managing facility operations, and leading a dedicated team of maintenance technicians.
You will oversee the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while never compromising on quality or safety. The Head of Maintenance must be proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions that extend the lifecycle of the company's assets. By managing vendor relationships and supervising on-site maintenance activities, you will ensure a seamless experience for all property occupants and stakeholders within our developments.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in facility or maintenance management.
Expertise in managing both preventive and corrective maintenance workflows.
Proven experience in leading and training maintenance teams.
Ability to manage maintenance budgets and optimize operational costs.
In-depth knowledge of facility operations and building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing).
Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Experience in managing external service providers and vendor contracts.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and technical problem-solving ability.
Competency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
