Infinity Developments is looking for a Fleet Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and tracking of heavy machinery. You will ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and transport laws while managing fuel logs, spare parts inventory, and maintenance schedules. This role is critical for the operational efficiency of our construction and logistics projects in Zanzibar.
The Fleet Manager will be responsible for the longevity and reliability of our heavy equipment. You will lead a team of operators and interact with mechanics to ensure all machinery is serviced on time. Your management will directly impact project timelines and cost-efficiency by reducing equipment downtime.

Key Requirements
Degree or Advanced Diploma in Logistics, Transport Management, or Mechanical Engineering
3+ years of experience managing heavy construction/mining machinery fleets
Deep knowledge of heavy machinery maintenance and operation
Experience managing fuel logs and spare parts inventory
Strong understanding of transport laws and safety regulations
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to coordinate complex maintenance schedules
Proficiency in fleet management software
Strong analytical skills for cost-tracking and reporting
