Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial management.
Strong expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, and analysis.
Proven track record in financial reporting and coordinating audits.
In-depth knowledge of compliance, internal controls, and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills to guide a finance team.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
