MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL (M&E) ENGINEER @ INFINITY AGRO HOLDINGS LIMITED
Infinity Agro Holdings Limited is looking for a skilled Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer to join their processing plant in Kwabastola. The Engineer will be responsible for the full operational lifecycle of plant machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and peak performance through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Key responsibilities include managing the site's 3-phase power infrastructure, switchboards, and auxiliary equipment, as well as optimizing Power Factor Correction systems. The role requires a hands-on approach to both mechanical systems and heavy electrical setups. This position provides free on-site accommodation and an attractive performance incentive structure based on production milestones, rewarding candidates who help drive daily output toward the 18 MT capacity limit.

Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
3-5+ years of hands-on industrial processing experience
Expertise in maintaining 3-phase heavy electrical setups
Proven ability to troubleshoot drive systems and gearboxes
Experience with control circuits and motor starters
Fluency in English and Swahili
Willingness to sign a minimum 3-year fixed commitment contract
Competence in optimizing Power Factor Correction systems
Ability to conduct routine machinery inspections and repairs
Strong safety awareness in an industrial environment
