ACCOUNTANT CUM OPERATIONAL MANAGER @ INFINITY AGRO HOLDINGS LIMITED
Infinity Agro Holdings Limited, an agroprocessing enterprise in Tanga Region, is seeking an Accountant cum Operational Manager for its Kwabastola facility. The facility boasts a production capacity of 18 Metric Tons per day, and the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency and financial integrity.
The successful candidate will oversee daily financial activities, including bookkeeping, payroll, and statutory compliance, while concurrently managing site operations. This involves coordinating stock inventories, raw material receipts, and the dispatch of finished products. The role serves as a key liaison between on-site staff, field supervisors, and upper management to ensure seamless productivity. This position includes free on-site accommodation and offers performance-based production bonuses when output exceeds 11 MT per day.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
2-3+ years of combined experience in bookkeeping and operational oversight
Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
Strong leadership and multitasking abilities
Fluency in English and Swahili
Willingness to sign a minimum 3-year fixed commitment contract
Ability to manage petty cash and statutory compliance
Capability to oversee raw material intake and finished product logistics
Strong analytical and organizational skills
