INTEGRATIONS SPECIALIST @ INDSAFRI
Indsafri is seeking a highly skilled Integrations Specialist to join their team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This onsite role focuses on designing and delivering complex technical solutions that meet specific architectural requirements while staying within budget and time constraints. The specialist will be responsible for the technical and architectural aspects of software-based products, ensuring consistency, quality, and architectural integrity throughout the development lifecycle. This role is specifically open to Tanzania Nationals.
The successful candidate will engage in hands-on integration and development of key technical components, frameworks, and services. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, working with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve performance, and participating in design reviews. You will write business and data logic, develop reusable libraries, and collaborate with the Product team to deliver services that meet customer needs. The role requires a strong understanding of version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Requirements
Proficiency in software construction, software testing, and requirements engineering.
At least 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong automation mindset.
Previous experience with integrations for Telcos or Banking products/systems.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Knowledge of the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) for monitoring and logging.
Experience with agile software development and modern DevOps practices.
Proficiency in multiple coding languages including .NET, Java, Python, and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, including public cloud PaaS and IaaS.
Expertise in version control (Git), including branching and merging strategies.
Experience with Message Queue systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or PubSub.
Ability to write clean, reusable, and high-quality code adhering to architectural principles.
