US IT RECRUITER @ INDOTRONIX AVANI SOLUTIONS
Indotronix Avani Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Visakhapatnam. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring the candidate to work from the office five days a week. The role focuses on executing a robust recruitment process that meets the dynamic resource needs of the business, specifically focusing on the US market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing, industrial, and non-IT domains in addition to their core technical recruitment expertise. The successful candidate will demonstrate a mastery of multiple sourcing channels beyond typical job boards and will be responsible for assisting managers in forecasting needs and justifying requisitions. You will be expected to screen resumes, conduct preliminary assessments, and manage candidate relationships through the entire hiring lifecycle. This role requires an immediate joiner who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has strong negotiation skills to close candidates effectively.
Key Requirements
Proven 3-5 years of experience in US IT Talent acquisition processes.
Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and candidate qualification.
Proficiency in sourcing mid-level and senior-level roles across various technologies.
Expert level skill in using LinkedIn and other job boards for candidate identification.
Ability to screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate assessments.
Competency in working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to collaborate with Leads and Managers to forecast resource needs.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, and non-IT recruitment domains.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
