Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in UAE recruitment market
Strong candidate sourcing & screening skills
Good communication and coordination ability
Knowledge of overseas recruitment process is a plus
Target-driven and serious about career growth
Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets
Skill in conducting preliminary interviews and assessments
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa processes
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
