Based in Dubai, you will be instrumental in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles within our international setup. This position is perfect for someone with at least one year of experience in the UAE recruitment market who is eager to apply their skills to overseas recruitment and candidate management.

Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in UAE recruitment market
Strong candidate sourcing & screening skills
Good communication and coordination ability
Knowledge of overseas recruitment process is a plus
Target-driven and serious about career growth
Competency in using social media for candidate sourcing
Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment cycles
High degree of professionalism and ethical standards
Strong administrative skills for maintaining candidate records
Experience in managing candidate expectations and feedback
