This role is ideal for recruiters who possess a strong understanding of the UAE recruitment market and have a proven track record of sourcing high-quality candidates across borders. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to final candidate coordination, ensuring a steady pipeline of talent for our international recruitment group.

Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in UAE recruitment market
Strong candidate sourcing & screening skills
Good communication and coordination ability
Knowledge of overseas recruitment process is a plus
Target-driven and serious about career growth
Ability to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines
Experience with various applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
