LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) & SYSTEMS INTEGRATION SPECIALIST @ INDEPTH RESEARCH INSTITUTE
Indepth Research Institute (IRES) is seeking a highly skilled consultant to lead the design, deployment, and integration of enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS). This role involves managing complex digital learning solutions across Ethiopia, Uganda, Tanzania, and Somalia, focusing on digital transformation initiatives.
The successful consultant will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of LMS platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise ICT architectures. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that learning solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in deploying and managing enterprise-level LMS platforms.
Expertise in systems integration, including REST/SOAP APIs.
Proficiency in Moodle administration and customization.
Deep understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and LTI standards.
Experience with cloud-based digital learning infrastructure.
Strong background in enterprise ICT and software architecture.
Ability to manage digital transformation projects across multiple countries.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong professional communication and project management capabilities.
