SECURITY GUARDS @ IMR
We are currently sourcing professional Security Guards for a factory-based role in Tanzania. This industrial site position requires dedicated individuals capable of maintaining security and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment. We are looking to collaborate with reliable agents who have pre-screened, ready candidates available for immediate deployment. The role involves monitoring access points, patrolling industrial grounds, and ensuring the protection of company assets.
Successful candidates will work 8-hour shifts plus breaks, six days a week. The compensation package includes a salary of up to ₹50K/month based on experience, along with provided benefits such as accommodation, food, and a joining ticket. Candidates must be under the age of 40, possess a diploma or graduate degree, and demonstrate basic English communication skills.
