MANAGER HR @ IMPERIAL GROUP LIMITED
Imperial Group Limited is seeking a professional and dedicated Manager HR to join our team in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resource functions, including strategic planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. We are looking for an individual who can align HR strategies with business objectives to foster a high-performance culture within the organization. The salary for this role is 170K-210K.
The ideal candidate must have a robust academic background with an MPA or MBA from an HEC-recognized institution and at least 5-6 years of proven expertise in HR management. Priority will be given to candidates who are available to join the team immediately. You will play a critical role in managing organizational development and ensuring compliance with local labor laws while supporting the growth and development of our workforce in Karachi.
