Key Requirements
Possess an MBA in Finance or a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree.
Demonstrate 7 to 8 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in SAP software for financial management and reporting.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage financial data.
Proven expertise in managing the full Accounts Receivable and Invoicing cycle.
Extensive experience in debt collection and financial reconciliation processes.
Ability to handle complex client queries and manage the issuance of credit notes.
Competency in monitoring cash flow and producing detailed financial reports.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with international teams and clients.
Willingness to relocate to Tanzania and work in a global business environment.
