Imi Eag is looking for a dedicated Junior Buyer to join our team in the mining sector. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting procurement operations, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that our mining site has the necessary inventory and resources to maintain peak productivity. This position offers a dynamic environment where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline our supply chain processes.
Your core responsibilities will include sourcing reliable suppliers, processing purchase orders, managing inventory levels, and ensuring full compliance with procurement documentation standards. You will also be responsible for analyzing costs to identify optimization opportunities. Salary: TZS 1,000,000 Net per month.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position
Knowledge of procurement and vendor negotiation
Proficiency in inventory management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational capabilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Fluency in English and Swahili
Familiarity with gold mining or heavy equipment procurement
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced mining environment
