IMartgroup ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Dar Es Salaam. The primary focus of this role is to manage a portfolio of SME customers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality telecom solutions that align with their business needs. You will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships, driving revenue growth through proactive upselling, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. This position is vital to our operations, requiring a candidate who can effectively navigate the telecom landscape and manage complex accounts.
In this role, you will act as a key bridge between our clients and various internal departments, including technical, billing, and compliance teams. You will lead commercial negotiations, monitor market trends, and ensure that all customer activities adhere to regulatory frameworks and internal governance. The ideal candidate will be proactive in managing high-impact incidents and identifying new business opportunities, providing strategic insights that will influence our product development and service quality improvements.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in telecom, SMS A2P, or enterprise messaging.
Proven experience managing high-value enterprise or aggregator accounts.
Deep understanding of SMS routing, interconnects, sender IDs, and firewall environments.
Proficiency in commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract management.
Ability to coordinate with technical, finance, and compliance teams effectively.
Strong knowledge of local telecom regulations, anti-fraud, and content policies.
Demonstrated ability to meet revenue, traffic volume, and margin targets.
Experience working with fintechs, banks, or large corporate entities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships.
