Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels.
Proficiency in managing social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Experience in running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
Ability to create engaging content and think creatively to solve marketing challenges.
Strong analytical skills to track and report on marketing performance metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work full-time and meet strict project deadlines.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and CRM software.
