Ikraam Bottlers and Creamery Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Zanzibar. Key Requirements
Tanzanian nationals are preferred for this position.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
Proven professional experience in Human Resources management.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzania labor laws and employment regulations.
Ability to handle confidential information with high integrity.
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in the manufacturing or FMCG sector is an added advantage.
