IJUKA LUXURY COACH is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Bus Hostess Trainees. This unique opportunity includes a comprehensive 30-day training program located in Dodoma, designed to prepare candidates for a professional career in the luxury transportation industry. Candidates who successfully complete the training phase will be offered formal employment within the company, making this an ideal stepping stone for those looking to build a career in hospitality and travel.
The primary responsibility of a Bus Hostess is to ensure a premium travel experience for all passengers through exceptional customer service, safety management, and professional communication. Trainees will learn the intricacies of onboard service, passenger handling, and operational protocols. All activities, including training and document submission, are centered around our Kisasa Shell location in Dodoma. Applicants must be prepared to be based in Dodoma for the duration of their employment.

Key Requirements
Female applicant.
Must be aged 27 years or younger.
Must be a resident of Dodoma or have secured full accommodation within the region.
Possession of a valid LATRA certification is mandatory.
Must have a valid National Identification Card (ID).
A Bachelor’s Degree in Arts will be considered an added advantage.
Demonstrated passion for customer service and hospitality.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Excellent verbal communication skills for passenger interaction.
Willingness to commit to a 30-day intensive training program in Dodoma.
