Ijuka Luxury Coach is looking for young female candidates to join our team as Bus Hostess Trainees. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and excel in the luxury transport industry, providing top-tier service to passengers traveling across various routes. The selected trainees will participate in an intensive 30-day training program located in Dodoma to master the art of hospitality and safety in transit.
As a Bus Hostess, you will be the face of our luxury coach service, responsible for welcoming passengers, assisting with their needs, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant travel experience. We value candidates who possess a valid LATRA certification and a strong drive for excellence in modern transport operations. Key Requirements
Candidates must be female.
Age must not be older than 27 years.
Must be a resident of Dodoma or have full accommodation available.
Must possess a valid LATRA certification.
Knowledge and passion for modern transport systems.
A Bachelor's Degree in Art is considered an added advantage.
A strong passion for customer service excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Swahili.
Willingness to undergo a mandatory 30-day training duration in Dodoma.
High level of professional grooming and physical fitness for travel.
