Key Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Proven experience in developing and implementing business continuity plans and risk frameworks.
Strong understanding of process optimization and internal control systems.
Excellent analytical skills to identify potential vulnerabilities within organizational processes.
Professional certification such as CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of internal audit standards and corporate governance principles.
