BUSINESS STRATEGY MANAGER @ IGNITE ACCESS
Ignite Access is looking for a driven Business Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team in Arusha, Tanzania. In this role, you will be responsible for defining long-term strategic goals, identifying business opportunities, and overseeing the implementation of strategies that align with our mission of energy access.
You will work closely with senior leadership to analyze market trends and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a passion for creating sustainable impact in the energy sector.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
Ability to manage cross-functional teams
In-depth knowledge of the energy sector in Tanzania
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in market research and competitive analysis
Strong project management certification or equivalent experience
