Key Requirements
Must be a Tanzanian citizen or have a valid work permit for Tanzania.
Proven professional experience within the Facilities Management or related service industry.
Strong commitment to delivering excellence and high-quality service standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.
Ability to work effectively within a dynamic and expanding team environment.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
Relevant educational qualifications or certifications related to facilities management, engineering, or business administration.
