The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive, enterprise-wide security systems. Key focus areas include cargo protection, risk assessment, and maintaining regulatory compliance within challenging environments. This position is based onsite in Lagos, Nigeria, and requires a high level of strategic thinking and crisis management expertise.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in security leadership roles.
Previous experience within commodity trading, export, or logistics sectors.
Proven track record of operating at an executive management level.
Extensive expertise in asset and cargo protection strategies.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain and export security protocols.
Strong capability in crisis management and conducting investigations.
Comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance and industrial safety.
Proficiency in risk assessment and security operations management.
Ability to build and scale proactive, enterprise-wide security systems.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
