SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER @ IECDS
IECDS is currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to lead our recruitment and outreach efforts in Tanzania. The primary focus of this role is to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that resonate with potential students and their families. By promoting the college's diverse range of programs and services, the officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the growth and sustainability of our student body and institutional profile.
Beyond direct promotion, the Sales and Marketing Officer will be tasked with establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with local schools, businesses, and various community organizations. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in Business Administration or Marketing and at least three years of experience, particularly within the education sector. Key Requirements
Experience at least 3 years in sales or marketing roles.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing school projects or educational services.
Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract students.
Skill in promoting college programs to potential students and parents.
Strong relationship-building skills with schools and community organizations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Ability to represent the institution at public events and career fairs.
Proficiency in market research and identifying target demographics.
Self-motivated with the ability to meet enrollment and recruitment targets.
