MECHANICAL ENGINEER @ IDFABRIC
IDFABRIC is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our manufacturing team based in Kibaha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational integrity of our machinery, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining high safety standards across the facility.
Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance schedules, managing inventory for critical spare parts, and supervising technical projects to ensure they are completed within established timelines. The role also requires close collaboration with the production floor to troubleshoot mechanical issues and improve system reliability. This position is based in Tanzania, Kibaha.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
2-4 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering.
Demonstrated technical familiarity with extruder machinery.
Understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and workflows.
Proficiency in machine design principles and maintenance best practices.
Experience in managing and tracking spare parts inventory.
Knowledge of workplace safety compliance regulations.
Ability to manage project timelines and meet production goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for mechanical troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
