SACCOSS MANAGER @ IDEON
Ideon is seeking a dedicated and experienced SACCOSS Manager to lead and manage the operations of a Savings and Credit Co-operative Society based in Arusha. The manager will be responsible for the overall financial health and operational efficiency of the SACCO, ensuring that members receive high-quality service while maintaining strict adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
The successful candidate will oversee lending and savings activities, manage a team of professionals, and provide strategic reports to the board. Key duties include credit risk assessment, financial planning, and fostering growth within the organization through effective membership engagement. This role demands a high level of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to drive organizational success in a competitive microfinance environment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Proven experience in SACCO or Microfinance operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of lending, savings, and financial management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
Proficiency in SACCO management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prepare and present detailed financial and operational reports
Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework governing SACCOs in Tanzania
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk management
