IDEON Business Obourg Solutions is looking for an experienced General Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily operations and maintain our high standards of service. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can manage team performance, drive sales initiatives, and ensure the seamless coordination of all hotel departments.

Key Requirements
Diploma/Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management
Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar position
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong knowledge of hotel operations
Proven experience in financial management and budgeting
Experience in sales, marketing, and business development
Ability to manage staff performance, training, and development
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Analytical ability to monitor KPIs and operational reports
