Icon is urgently seeking an experienced HR Executive specializing in Talent Acquisition, focusing primarily on high-volume, bulk hiring for international sales roles, specifically US B2B/B2C profiles. This is a full-time, onsite position located in DHA Phase 2 Extension, Karachi, with a job timing of 12 PM to 9 PM. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from strategic sourcing to successful onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates and new hires. The role demands strong communication skills and proven expertise in quickly filling numerous sales positions within a tight timeframe.
Key responsibilities include utilizing various sourcing channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional referrals, to maintain a robust candidate pipeline. Beyond core recruitment, the HR Executive will also provide essential support to core HR functions, including maintaining accurate candidate databases and recruitment trackers, assisting with HR documentation, implementing HR policies and procedures, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives and general HR reporting. Candidates must have exposure to core HR functions and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to immediate joiners and candidates currently residing near the DHA Phase 2 Extension area of Karachi.
Key Requirements
3–4 years of sales hiring experience, preferably focused on international sales profiles.
Proven experience in bulk/volume hiring for fast-paced call center or sales environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for international liaison.
Ability to multitask effectively and manage high requisition loads simultaneously.
Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Proficiency in sourcing candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, and strategic vendor partnerships.
Required exposure to core HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation support.
Ability to conduct initial candidate screening and efficiently coordinate complex interview schedules with hiring managers.
Familiarity with maintaining detailed candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
BBA/ MBA in HR or an equivalent relevant qualification is highly preferred.
