JUNIOR IT OFFICER @ ICHEETAH LOGTECH TANZANIA LIMITED
ICHEETAH LOGTECH Tanzania Limited is currently looking for a motivated and competent Junior IT Officer to become a valuable member of our growing technology team. This role is crucial for providing essential first-line IT support to users across the organization, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted daily operations. The Junior IT Officer will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of computer hardware, software applications, and critical network systems.
Key responsibilities also include proactively troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of hardware, software, and network connectivity issues to minimize downtime. The successful candidate will monitor and maintain IT equipment, manage inventory effectively, and play a supporting role in crucial data backup procedures and overall system security efforts. Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, networking, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Must possess a valid driving licence and be able to drive.
Ability to provide effective technical support to end-users.
Familiarity with IT equipment maintenance and inventory management.
