Strong knowledge and experience using Opera Software
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Proven experience in hotel front office operations
Ability to handle guest complaints and conflict resolution
Proficiency in shift scheduling and staff training
Analytical skills for revenue management and reporting
A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment
