RELATIONSHIP MANAGER: CORPORATE BANKING @ IAM BANK
IAM BANK is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Banking division. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, driving new business acquisition, and ensuring that our bank meets its lending and revenue growth objectives. You will act as the primary point of contact for corporate accounts, delivering personalized financial solutions while maintaining the highest standards of credit quality and regulatory compliance.
The Relationship Manager will be expected to identify market opportunities to cross-sell various banking products, manage loan and deposit portfolios effectively, and oversee the credit documentation process. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of financial markets and bank products, coupled with the ability to perform rigorous credit risk assessments. You will be instrumental in conducting client site visits, ensuring collateral integrity, and upholding our commitment to ethical banking practices.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant business field.
MBA in Finance or Marketing is required.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a corporate relationship management role.
Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for high-level negotiation.
Deep knowledge of banking regulations, AML, and KYC compliance standards.
Ability to manage a diverse portfolio and meet strict revenue targets.
Proven track record in client acquisition and retention strategies.
Proficiency in financial modeling and banking software systems.
