I Talent Me is currently recruiting for a specialist international ICT consultancy looking for a highly experienced Principal / Associate ICT Design Engineer based in Dubai. This role is critical for ensuring smooth, professional, and efficient operations by delivering advanced ICT design solutions for high-value projects, including residential, commercial, and data center infrastructure. The successful candidate will lead the ICT design engineering for complex projects, developing detailed designs for structured cabling, network architecture, and integrated security systems.
The role involves overseeing project delivery from concept through implementation, ensuring full compliance with international standards and client specifications. You will provide technical leadership to engineering teams, conduct design reviews, and coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders including MEP engineers and architects. The monthly salary for this position is between AED 35,000 and AED 45,000 as fixed monthly compensation. This position offers a direct trajectory into Director, Technical Lead, or Regional ICT Head positions, providing excellent growth opportunities within the sector.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of ICT design experience within an engineering consultancy or specialist firm.
Degree or diploma in Engineering or an ICT-related field (credentials from UK, Europe, SA, or ANZ preferred).
Proven track record in residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
Extensive experience with Data Center infrastructure and specialized ICT design.
Strong expertise in infrastructure planning and integrated security systems development.
Demonstrated ability in project lifecycle management from concept through to implementation.
Experience in team mentorship and providing technical leadership to engineering teams.
Proficiency in coordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholders including MEP engineers and architects.
Knowledge of international standards and client specifications for large-scale ICT systems.
Ability to develop detailed designs for structured cabling and complex network architecture.
