HYEXPERTAFRICA LIMITED is seeking two dynamic, detail-oriented, and results-driven professionals to join our operations team as Verification and Operations Officers. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the critical stages of cargo verification, ensuring that all regulatory standards and company procedures are met during the clearing and forwarding process. You will play a vital role in liaising between authorities and our internal teams to facilitate efficient logistics workflows.
In this role, you will manage the physical inspection of goods, coordinate with TRA officers, and ensure that all documentation is accurate and secured. We are looking for individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain high levels of integrity, and proactively solve operational challenges as they arise to support our ongoing growth in the logistics sector.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in clearing and forwarding or related operations.
Good knowledge of customs clearance procedures and regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet strict deadlines.
Strong communication and coordination skills to interact with authorities.
High level of integrity and attention to detail regarding documentation.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with the declaration team.
Proficiency in documentation management and reporting protocols.
Basic computer literacy for operational tracking and reporting.
Understanding of safety protocols in cargo handling and inspection.
