This position is vital for maintaining accurate financial records while providing exceptional guest service to those arriving or staying at the facility during non-standard hours. The Auditor must manage all front desk duties independently while following strict accounting protocols.
In addition to financial duties, the Night Auditor will respond to guest needs and handle any operational issues that arise during the night. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of operating independently without direct supervision. Proficiency in hotel systems is essential for successful performance in this high-responsibility role.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
1–3 years of experience in Front Office, Night Audit, Accounting, or Hotel Operations.
Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems, specifically IDS Next Hotel Management System.
Strong understanding of hotel accounting procedures and revenue reconciliation.
Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
Excellent attention to detail for financial and reporting accuracy.
Strong guest service and communication skills for overnight operations.
Basic computer literacy for processing daily reports and data entry.
Integrity and reliability in handling cash and high-value financial records.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve operational problems in real-time.
