Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
Strong expertise in plant maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
Demonstrated ability in leading engineering teams and maintenance projects.
Experience using CMMS/ERP systems for asset management.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety protocols.
Problem-solving skills in high-pressure technical scenarios.
Effective project management skills for technical and facility upgrades.
