The organization is inviting applications for the position of HSE Manager for our extensive Building & Villa Projects portfolio, including the ALDAR Project. This senior leadership role involves strategic oversight of health, safety, and environmental policies across multiple sites in the UAE, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The manager will be responsible for leading a team of HSE professionals and ensuring organizational compliance with international standards.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the field and have the authority to drive safety culture at all levels of the project. Candidates must be immediately available within the UAE to be considered for this role. This position offers the chance to lead safety initiatives on some of the region's most prominent architectural developments.

Key Requirements
Minimum 15 years of total professional experience in HSE.
At least 5 years of proven experience in a Managerial HSE role.
Diploma in Engineering, Graduate Degree, or B.Sc. in Physics, Mathematics, or Chemistry.
Must hold a NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma or equivalent high-level certification.
Certified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
All credentials must be MOFA attested for use in the UAE.
Previous ALDAR approval for managerial positions is an added advantage.
Expertise in managing safety for large-scale building and villa construction.
Currently in the UAE on a visit visa or cancelled visa for immediate joining.
Proven ability to manage and lead large multi-disciplinary HSE teams.
