We are looking for an experienced HSE Engineer to join a prestigious Building & Villa Project (ALDAR Project) in the UAE. The position requires a technical expert to design, implement, and monitor safety engineering controls across project sites in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a critical role in incident prevention and safety management systems.
Applicants should have a strong background in engineering and a proven track record in the Middle East. As this is an immediate requirement, we are prioritizing candidates who are already in the country and can transition into the role quickly. Key Requirements
5 to 8 years of professional experience in the Middle East region.
Minimum 5 years of dedicated HSE experience within the UAE.
BTEC in Engineering or a 3-year Technical Diploma.
Relevant NEBOSH certifications are mandatory.
Qualifications must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
Prior experience or existing approval with ALDAR projects is highly preferred.
Proficiency in developing and implementing site-specific HSE plans.
Capability to perform detailed incident investigations and root cause analysis.
Currently based in the UAE and ready for immediate deployment.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate safety performance and technical data.
