SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (SCM) @ HSD-MELT
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, contracts, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and vendor relations. The primary objective of this role is to ensure operational continuity, cost efficiency, and full compliance with both local regulations and industry-specific standards within the Oil & Gas sector. This position involves direct coordination with drilling, maintenance, and project departments to secure timely delivery of critical equipment and supplies.
The role requires a strategic leader who can oversee complex tendering processes, negotiate long-term frame agreements, and manage vendor performance through rigorous audits and quality assurance. The successful candidate will also play a key role in digitalizing supply chain processes and maintaining adherence to anti-corruption policies and corporate governance. Travel to various sites and vendor locations will be a necessary component of this position to monitor operations and ensure logistics accuracy.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Procurement, Engineering, or Business Administration.
10+ years of experience in SCM within Oil & Gas, energy, mining, or heavy industry.
Proven expertise in contracts, logistics, and vendor management.
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office suite.
Strong negotiation and commercial awareness skills.
Advanced risk management and operational planning capabilities.
Professional certification such as CIPS or equivalent is highly preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to operate effectively under pressure.
Analytical mindset with a focus on cost optimization and KPI development.
Commitment to high integrity and professional ethics standards.
