SENIOR SECURITY OFFICER (MANUFACTURING) @ HSD-MELT
HSD-Melt is seeking a Senior Security Officer to oversee the safety and security operations of our manufacturing facilities in Tanzania. This leadership role involves designing and implementing comprehensive security protocols to protect personnel, assets, and intellectual property. You will manage a team of security guards and work closely with facility managers to ensure a safe working environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, where high-value equipment and materials require constant vigilance. You will be responsible for conducting regular security audits, managing access control systems, and responding to any security breaches or emergencies. Your proactive approach will be vital in mitigating risks and ensuring the continuity of our manufacturing operations.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing security
Certified training in security management or law enforcement
In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS) standards
Proven ability to lead and manage a large security team
Proficiency in security reporting and incident documentation
Expertise in surveillance systems and CCTV monitoring
Advanced skills in risk assessment and emergency response
High level of physical fitness and mental alertness
Unquestionable integrity and ethical conduct
Deep knowledge of Tanzanian labor and security laws
