SALES – CHINESE TRUCKS (AUTOMOTIVE) @ HSD-MELT
We are looking for a dynamic Sales professional specializing in Chinese Trucks to join our automotive team at HSD-Melt in Tanzania. The primary focus of this role is to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with fleet owners and construction companies, and drive the sales of our heavy-duty truck portfolio. The candidate must possess a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and technical specifications of Chinese truck brands.
The role involves conducting product demonstrations, preparing detailed proposals, and negotiating contracts to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. The representative will also provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty. Proficiency in sales reporting and a proactive approach to market expansion are vital for this role.

Key Requirements
Significant sales experience in the heavy machinery sector
Technical knowledge of Chinese truck brands and models
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
Proven ability to manage client relationships
Experience in market analysis and competitor tracking
Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Ability to explain complex technical product features
Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting
Valid driving license for commercial vehicles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
