SALES ASSOCIATE (RETAIL/SUPERMARKET) - 3 POSITIONS @ HSD-MELT
As a Sales Associate for our retail and supermarket operations in Tanzania, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service, assist shoppers in finding products, and ensure a smooth checkout process. Key Requirements
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in retail or supermarket sales preferred
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Swahili
Ability to stand for long periods and lift light loads
Basic mathematical skills for transactions
Attention to detail for inventory management
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
