SALES ASSOCIATE (RETAIL) @ HSD-MELT
As a Sales Associate (Retail), you will be the face of the store, welcoming and guiding customers to help them find the perfect products. Your primary objective is to deliver tailored product advice that drives purchase decisions while maintaining a high standard of customer service. You will be expected to actively engage in upselling and identifying additional sales opportunities to meet team and individual performance targets.
The role also involves operational responsibilities such as cash handling, till management, and shelf arrangement. You will play a key part in maintaining the store's visual appeal through merchandising and product labeling. Given the unique retail environment, which may include airport locations, you will be responsible for strictly adhering to security protocols and reporting any suspicious behavior to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for everyone.

Key Requirements
1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
Strong interpersonal skills for welcoming and guiding customers.
Demonstrated ability to deliver tailored product advice to clients.
Proven track record in sales performance and successful upselling.
Proficiency in cash handling and accurate till management.
Experience in merchandising and shelf arrangement tasks.
Ability to participate in inventory counts and stock labeling.
Awareness of loss prevention and security protocols in retail.
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Ability to follow strict internal cash register documentation procedures.
