PROJECT MANAGER – AIRPORT CONSTRUCTION @ HSD-MELT
HSD-Melt is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Airport Construction projects in Tanzania. This role involves overseeing all phases of construction, from planning and design to execution and completion. You will be responsible for coordinating with stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring that all work meets international aviation standards and local regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale infrastructure projects. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within scope while maintaining rigorous quality control and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
At least 10 years of experience in construction management
Specific experience in airport infrastructure projects
Proven ability to manage large project budgets
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Expertise in risk management and mitigation
Proficiency in project management software like MS Project
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Strict compliance with international safety and quality standards
