Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering or related field
At least 3 years experience in mining operations
Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and availability metrics
Knowledge of safety standards in the mining industry
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work in remote mining environments
Strong communication skills for team coordination
Experience with preventive maintenance scheduling
Valid driver's license
